PDO MONO THREADS
Tighten your skin naturally!
About PDO Mono Threads
If you’re looking for a safe, non-surgical skin tightening treatment, consider PDO Mono Threads. This treatment is a popular solution for mild skin laxity of the face and neck.  These smooth threads act as a scaffold to support the sub-dermal layer of the skin and triggers the production of collagen and elastin which act to rejuvenate skin and restore a smooth, youthful appearance.
PDO Mono Threads Pricing
A combination of single and double screw threads may be required for your treatment. During your consultation and before treatment commences, we’ll provide you with a final treatment price. Extra Mono Threads are $15ea or $30 for double screw threads.
How PDO Threads work
PDO Mono Threads are made of an absorbable synthetic polymer (polydioxanone) which is a medical-grade material that has been used in surgeries for over 50 years. Threads placed under the skin via small cannulas where they initiate fibroblast activation. Your skin will then begin to produce new collagen and elastin around the thread, resulting in firmer, tighter skin.
Results will be evident from approximately 8-10 weeks post-treatment and improvement to the area will continue for 2-6 months. PDO Mono Thread results can last up to 12 months. The PDO material will be slowly absorbed by the body but in the meantime the threads provide support beneath the skin layer.
