SkinPen® Microneedling
Stimulate your skin’s collagen production
About SkinPen® Microneedling
Help improve the appearance and texture of your skin with a skin needling treatment from Nurse Emma. This treatment can minimise pigmentation, scars, wrinkles and textural concerns. It doesn’t carry the risk of skin discoloration that may occur with heat, light or laser facial rejuvenation procedures.
Skin needling, also known as micro needling, utilises a sterile dermal pen device which stamps into the dermis of the face. This creates micro-channels of controlled injury which then stimulates the production of natural collagen.
Topical growth factors can be added to the treatment, to enhance collagen stimulating results.
How Skin Needling Works
Skin needling creates micro injuries in the top layer of the skin which stimulates the body’s healing processes which results in the production of more elastin and collagen-rich tissue.
